This is not a theoretical course. From day one, you'll be working with real AI tools, ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Studio, Zapier, NotebookLM and more, applying them to actual challenges in your workplace.

This programme is ideal for people in operational, marketing, project management or business improvement roles who want to lead AI adoption in their organisation, without needing a technical or coding background. If you're motivated, curious and ready to apply new skills immediately, this is built for you.
The AI Transformation Apprenticeship is government-funded. As with all apprenticeships, you'll need to be employed, living in England, and working in a role where you can apply the learning. Full eligibility details and funding information will be confirmed at enquiry stage.
