Flourish, led by The Learning Partnership, will work with employees across six key geographical clusters across Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly. This project promotes a culture of lifelong learning, personal growth and development – specifically aimed at those experiencing limited progression opportunities or ‘in-work poverty’.

Flourish aims to bring less reliance on Universal Credit, increase business productivity, and provide participants with sustainable employment opportunities.

DPN will support the project through providing participants with access to tailored digital skills training.
