You will be responsible for delivering engaging online marketing training to Apprentices and other learners aged 16 years +. As an online tutor, you’ll need to be comfortable with running classes through online conferencing such as Zoom. Applicants should have an interest in business marketing, and a recognised teaching qualification is essential.
You’ll work closely with Apprentices to help them achieve accredited training in a timely and supportive way, helping them gain confidence in using practical tools in the workplace.
Responsibilities
-Deliver high-quality online marketing training sessions to Apprentices and learners
-Assess individual needs and tailor training plans accordingly
-Create lesson plans, resources and assessments aligned with the curriculum
-Provide one-to-one support and mentorship to learners
-Provide support and feedback
-Track and report on learner’s progress to the management team and keep clear records
-Foster a supportive, safe and inclusive learning environment in which learners feel heard
-Stay updated on Safeguarding and Prevent training
-Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing, and feed into the continuous improvement of curriculum content
-Commit to your own professional development (CPD) to maintain professional standards in line with QTLS
Requirements
-Preferred Qualified Teacher Status or essential PGCE
-Desirable experience in digital marketing
-Comfortable using online teaching and assessment tools and software
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Passion for life-long learning and commitment to student success

Terms and Conditions of the Appointment
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum pro-rata.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will be required to produce evidence of their qualifications upon joining DPN.
The successful applicant will be required to produce their passport or full birth certificate and any other ‘Right to Work’ information prior to starting work at DPN.
