Todoist
Available online and as a mobile app, Todoist is used to plan, organise, and collaborate. This tool allows you to add tasks for specific projects, set reminders, and monitor your daily task all in one place.
Each step of a project can be laid out with deadlines and reminders. You can even collaborate with others by sharing your lists with employees or partners.

Trello
Trello is designed to help you stay organised and aid communication within a small business team.
Trello is perfect for project work and assigning tasks rather than showing a list of activities for each day.
The Trello FREE plan allows unlimited tasks and unlimited people, and 10 project boards.

OptinMonster
OptinMonster allows you to add pop-up boxes and lead forms to your website. These can be used to promote products and increase sales or build a list of leads for email marketing.
OptinMonster comes with a range of pre-built templates and guides so you will not need Matrix-style coding skills to use it. There’s also a wide range of templates and add-ins for WordPress websites.
